I've been thinking a lot about stories lately - not just the resurgence of storytelling as entertainment - but stories we tell ourselves that shape our personal truth. This article, while a little esoteric, brings up some good points around how stories can trap us. As Thanksgiving approaches, and family is all up in your bizzzzzness, try to remove yourself from the story you've told yourself about a parent/sibling/relative and see if you don't gain new perspective (and maybe some patience.)
