Though I'm moderately active, I've always been reluctant to commit to daily exercise. That reluctance stems from a. pure loathing & b. the time investment. Imagine my joy then when I heard about this medical non-alternative fact study that shows high intensity interval workouts as short as one minute are as effective as longer bouts of exercise.
