I've been thinking a lot about sleep lately. How everyone is tired all the time, exhausted by the day or the news or the people or their routines. I wonder if the standard "8 hour" prescription is something that's outlived its usefulness. I'm trying this tool out instead - sleeping in accordance with the length of sleep cycles. It seems to make a difference in how rested I feel. Try it out - let me know what you think!
