Prioritization is a tough nut to crack. In my productivity power hours, I'm learning that being protective of your priorities is as important as setting them. People will impose their personal agenda on you, often without even realizing it. How many times have you been asked for help this month? Getting clear about what moves your project/life/cause forward and filtering your actions through that lens is the best thing you can do.
